- for Job Seekers:
- date of birth;
- visa status and/or proof of right to work in Australia;
- proof of identity (including photograph);
- personal information contained within your resume or CV;
- personal information contained within any cover letter;
- location;
- information that you may otherwise upload for our website, including reviews or personal experiences;
- copies of any relevant qualifications, tickets or licences;
- reference check reports; and
- availability for work;
- for Employers, personal information relating to office holders and employees that is uploaded to our site with job vacancies or collected as a result your use of the website.
- If you are a Job Seeker, we may also collect and hold sensitive information about you. Except as otherwise permitted by law, we only collect sensitive information about you if you consent to the collection of the information and if the information is reasonably necessary for the performance of our functions.
- Personal information will also be collected during the employment process to manage the ongoing employment relationship. In some circumstances, information about you may be provided by third parties, such as previous employers and referees.

- The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is, if it is required or permitted by law and, if it is reasonably necessary for or directly related to the performance of our functions and activities and, for the purposes of:

- for Job Seekers:
- your actual or potential work placement; and
- informing you of possible employment opportunities;
- providing you with material and information about other services that we, our related entities and other organisations that we have affiliations with, offer that may be of interest to you;
- contributing to the content of our website for the purpose of informing other users about our services;
- facilitating business functions and operations, including internal record keeping and the fulfilment of any legal requirements; and

- In addition to clause 2.2(a), for Job Seekers, the primary purpose of collecting your personal information is to process your employment application, support our website’s functionality and maintain your records. We may need to collect and share your personal information if we are legally required to do so.
- The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is, if it is required or permitted by law and, if it is reasonably necessary for or directly related to the performance of our functions and activities and, for the purposes of:

- If you are a Job Seeker – we collect personal information when you register or apply for a job.
- If you are an Employer – we may collect personal information about you or your employees when you register as an Employer, post a Job Listing, or update your details on our website.
- There may be some instances where personal information about you will be collected indirectly because it is unreasonable or impractical to collect personal information directly from you. We will usually notify you about these instances in advance, or where that is not possible, as soon as reasonably practicable after the information has been collected.
- In the event we receive unsolicited information about you that we do not ask for or which is not related to our functions or activities, we may be required to destroy or de-identify that information, provided it is lawful and reasonable to do so.
- Failure to provide information
- If the personal information you provide to us is incomplete or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you with the services you are seeking.

- Stripe
- For the payment of our Advertising Fees, we utilise an external payment integration system, Stripe.
- We do not store sensitive card or bank account details, only payment tokens, which may include the last three (3) digits of your card and the network, via our secure payment gateway Stripe.
- We do not accept any responsibility for the privacy practices of Stripe, and you may also want to read Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
- Use and disclosure
- Generally, we will only use or disclose personal information about you if you have authorised us to do so, if we have told you of our requirement to do so, or for the purposes for which it was collected (as set out in this document).

- We are assisted by a number of external service providers, some of whom may be located overseas and change from time to time. The types of third parties include, but are not limited to:
- IT and website system administrators and providers:
- Google analytics;
- hosting service providers;
- cloud, data, and service providers;
- payment infrastructure providers, such as Stripe; and
- promotion/marketing service providers.
- Under no circumstances will we sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
- Our service providers are not permitted to sell, use or disclose your contact details or contact you for any purpose other than the purpose for which they have received your personal information (unless required by law).

- Our website utilises Google Analytics to track activity on our website, including but not limited to, session duration, pages per session, bounce rate of individuals using the site, along with the information on the source of the website traffic.
