As Marketing Assistant, you’ll be based in the Sydney office at our state-of-the-art Riverside Stables complex, and be part of a creative and collaborative team responsible for promoting thoroughbred sales and events to a global audience. You’ll play a key role in supporting campaigns, managing content and bringing to life the experiences that make Inglis one of the most respected names in racing and breeding.

-Maintain the marketing team calendar
-Participate in all Inglis Marketing activities including attendance at all Inglis Marketing team meetings
-Assist in concept creating and development for all promotional activities
-Assist with Bloodstock/Marketing research
-Maintain inglis.com.au to ensure content is accurate and up to date
-Assist with operation of all Inglis social media channels and implementation of new social media strategies
-Assist with client hospitality including but not limited to Inglis Millennium Day, Easter Cocktail Party, Sale Day Hospitality and Ringside Dining

-Excellent verbal/written communication skills
-Diligent, punctual and reliable
-Well organised, able to prioritise and to meet deadlines
-Able to work accurately, flexibly and efficiently, without direct supervision, together with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
-Strong working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
-A willingness to be versatile and obliging in the performance of duties, coupled with a willingness to develop and learn new skills
