Job Description
The Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering effective marketing content and campaigns that grow the business, strengthen brand presence, and support customer engagement. This full-time role includes digital content creation, campaign coordination, data reporting, and brand management. Sponsorship is available for suitably qualified candidates.
Full-Time, $70,000–$90,000 + Super

Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
Coordinate creative assets (design, photography, advertising).
Analyse campaign performance and prepare simple ROI or performance reports.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Liaise with suppliers, media, designers and internal teams.
Support PR opportunities including testimonials, case studies and media releases.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand coordination.
Strong writing, editing and content creation skills.
Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
Basic analytics and reporting ability (Google Analytics or similar).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite desirable.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
