Silverdale Academy are proud to offer an immersive 6 week equine industry internship designed to provide participants with practical skills, industry knowledge, and valuable career pathways within the thoroughbred sector.
The program combines 5 weeks online learning with a 5-day on-site intern program.Participants will gain hands-on experience in horse handling, feed preparation, stable duties, breeding operations, horse health and welfare, and racing industry practices.
Successful participants will complete nationally recognised training, providing a strong foundation for employment and further study within the thoroughbred industry.
