We are currently seeking reliable, experienced HR/ HC drivers, but are also willing to offer training to the right candidate with a strong horse background, who share a passion for working with horses and delivering exceptional service to our clients across racecourses, studs and private properties.

- Safe transport: Operate modern heavy rigid and heavy combination vehicles safely across local, regional and interstate routes.

- Equine care and handling: safely load, position and unload horses, keeping animal welfare and safety at the forefront of every journey.

- Vehicle and safety maintenance: Preform pre-trip vehicle checks, keep trucks clean, sanitized, well maintained and adhere strictly to route schedules and fatigue management rules.

- Client service: Act as a professional brand ambassador for Goldners when interacting with all clients.

- Horse experience: prior experience with horses (thoroughbred preferred but not essential as training can be provided)

- License: current HR or HC driving license with a clean driving record (training considered for a candidate strong in all other areas)

- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and flexible for varied work hours (including early mornings, weekends or overnight interstate runs where applicable).

- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
