Job Description
Archibald Neasham Racing is seeking experienced and capable fast work/gallop riders to join our growing team at our Flemington, Victoria stable. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled riders who are passionate about horse racing and ready to play a key role in preparing our horses for success on the track.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to ride 8–10 horses each morning, with confidence in riding pace/timed work.
Proven experience handling and educating a variety of horses, including colts, young/inexperienced horses, and seasoned racehorses.
Comfortable with barrier education, jumpouts, and performing timed fast work.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions from multiple team members.
Must work well both independently and as part of a team.
Must provide contactable references.
A current CV will be requested during the process.
