Job Description
Proven Polo horse trainer/groom: This is a Full Time, all encompassing position.
Location – Richmond NSW
This professional position includes Typical farm work, barn chores, riding, training, and all skills required for Polo grooming
Experience in Polo is required
You must have impeccable references and a proven record of accomplishments.
Please do not apply if you are not an experienced, proven good rider as this is a major requirement.

Salary – $77,000 per annum
All applicants must have professional experience in the role, with a proven track record and be a reliable worker with excellent horsemanship skills.
In addition the following will be required:
The Position is full time 6 days with Monday each week as your day off
The duties of the position includes:
· Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods for polo
· Proven ability to ride/train and educate young and older horses
· Oral and written communication skills of a level to take instruction and provide information to other staff and owner
· Ability to work in a team and independently
· Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe handling of horses
· Able to educate our young horses on the ground, plus vet; and operation of horse walker
· MR truck license and ability to manage 10 to 14 horses and staff under the direction of the owner
