Marketing Assistant

Yulong is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team near Nagambie as a Marketing Assistant.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the team and assist in the execution of key marketing strategies and campaigns.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, advertisements and future brand strategies
• Composing and creating engaging digital content for Yulong’s social media channels
• Collect and manage digital assets including images and footage
• Maintain and update the Yulong website including uploading news articles
• Assisting with event coordination such as stallion parades, open days and hospitality at the major Australian yearling sales
• Conduct market research and analytics aiding the production of promotional material
• Assist in the coordination of branded merchandise including production and distribution
• Coordination of images, videos and booklets for online sales
• Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the department

To be successful, you must demonstrate:

• A creative outlook, with excellent written and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail
• Be a team player with a good work ethic and enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Experience in the thoroughbred breeding/racing industry desired
