Job Description
Widden Stud is currently seeking two highly motivated people to join our team of passionate staff for two separate roles on a full time basis; Office Administration role at our Hunter Valley office and a Stud Secretary role at our Victorian office.
The Office Administration role (Hunter Valley) will involve:
• Assisting in advertising, marketing and social media;
• Staff recruitment and HR;
• Sales entries and logistics;
• Coordinating travel and scheduling for Owner;
• Provide support for nominations team with pedigrees, communications etc;
• Communicating with various stakeholders in the industry;
• Dealing with client queries; and
• Other administrative tasks as directed.
The Stud Secretary role (Victoria) will involve:
• The booking of mares to stallions on and off farm;
• Data entry of horse procedures into Ardex software;
• Communicating with various stakeholders in the industry;
• Dealing with client queries; and
• Other administrative tasks as directed.
