This is a fantastic opportunity to gain meaningful and plentiful, hands-on experience with thoroughbred breeding stallions in the leading stallion team and breeding shed in the Southern Hemisphere.

Position would begin from early to mid-August and for interested applicants there will also be the chance to join the yearling prep and sale team at the completion of the breeding season.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee our owner engagement and consignment division. You’ll work closely with owners, breeders, and trainers to grow relationships, manage top-tier consignments, and sell shares in our next generation of “champions”. The role spans bloodstock, sales, race day presence, and suits someone who thrives on energy, people, and performance.

Essential Skills:

All applicants must have a minimum of 3-years full time professional experience in the role, or at least 2 years full time highly relevant experience and a relevant qualification.

In addition, the following will be required:

· Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods specific to thoroughbred racing

· Proven ability to train and educate young horses

· Where appropriate ability to pre-train young horses

· Oral and written communication skills of a level to take instruction and provide information

· Ability to work in a team and independently

· Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorses

· Proven as reliable workers, with excellent horsemanship skills
