Trackwork Rider-Cody Morgan Racing is currently seeking an exprienced and confident Trackwork rider to join our small team based in Tamworth NSW. This full time role offers an exciting opportunity for a capable rider looking for a great lifestyle in a supportive small country stable.
Accommodation support and agistment for personal horses are also available to the successful applicant.

This is a full time, hands-on role working with broodmares and foals. We are looking for someone with genuine experience and confidence handling foals from birth through to yearlings. You will have an in-depth knowledge of horse husbandry and a solid understanding of the systems that keep a thoroughbred breeding farm running smoothly.
The right person will be passionate about animal welfare and will also work closely with our management team to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the farm. The position starts at 7am daily, making it well suited to someone living locally or on the Gold Coast.

Yulong is seeking a highly motivated and adaptive individual to join our growing team as a full-time Horse Trainer/Rider Breaker.

Yulong is comprised of three farms in Victoria, all of which are an easy drive to Melbourne. The breeding side of the operation, Yulong Stud and Yulong Farm, are located in the beautiful wine region of Nagambie. Whilst the Spelling Farm, Yulong Park, located in Bayles, is a short drive to the Mornington Peninsula and Yulong Pre-Training Centre, located at Whiteheads Creek.

Yulong is a rapidly expanding operation which currently has 700 broodmares, 350 foals, 11 stallions and over 200 horses in training.

Segenhoe Stud are looking for experienced yearling handlers for the upcoming yearling sale preparation’s. Excellent remuneration package which includes on-farm accommodation with free wifi will be offered to the successful applicants. Overseas applicants will be offered help with flight and visa costs.

Ciaron Maher Racing is currently seeking highly experienced and capable staff to join our team. Positions are full-time and available in all locations in NSW and Victoria, including regional locations.
• Young Horse Trainer/Rider – able to ride 8 -10 horses per morning with particular emphasis on riding pace/timed work and jump outs.

• Horse Trainer/2nd Foreperson – able to educate our young horses on the ground, plus responsibility for a team and barn or horses.
The salary will be above three occupations will be above award – in the range of $75,000 – $95,000 per annum depending upon the skill and level of responsibility.

Horse Trainer/Breeding –
Duties will include:
• Overseeing daily care and supervision of horses
• Educating and preparing young stock for sale
• Early education of foals and weanlings
• Monitoring mare ovulation and pregnancy
• Assisting Veterinarians with ultrasound/reproduction examination including assisting in birthing foals and administering medical treatment to foals

Positions available are:

Thoroughbred Horse Stud in Mt Vincent, Lower Hunter Valley NSW.

We are looking for a keen, dedicated person that wants to work, to be part of a small team, tending to the day to day care and feeding of all horses on the farm which includes, Broodmares, foals, yearling and spellers. This could be a permanent position should the right person apply.

A stud hand is required for a broodmare farm in Scone.

Duties include but not limited to:
• Handling mares, foals and yearlings
• Assisting vets, farriers and other industry professionals as required
• Conducting feed runs
• Administering treatments and basic would care
• Assisting with the preparation of yearlings and weanlings
• Attendance at sales as required

Experience preferred although training can be provided for the right candidate.
