Job Description
We strive to achieve excellence with each horse, with a heavy focus on the progression of our young horses’ education and confidence. We work with thoroughbreds, warmbloods and many other types of horses. This is not a track work position and riders from all disciplines are encouraged to apply. This role is suited to enthusiastic and reliable individuals who will enjoy a great working environment, a friendly and professional team and award wages.
Job Responsibilities
Daily tasks and duties involve the following:
• Educate horses in their groundwork using our taught and/or preferred methods.
• Educate horses in their ridden work using our taught and/or preferred methods. (if selected for a riding position)
• Assist farrier, vets, chiropractor etc. with horses’ requirements/treatments
• Provide an exceptional level of care to all horses residing with us.
• Feeding, grooming, ensuring horses living areas are clean e.g., stables and yards.
• Assist with general farm duties as required

Job Requirements
Experience in an equine stable is favorable but applicants with a passion for horses and a good working level of horsemanship are encouraged to apply. Many horses in our care are young and inexperienced so calm, confident horse handling skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for working with horses, as we are looking for individuals that want to progress and improve their horsemanship knowledge. We work with horses for all disciplines, and our goal is to educate horses with willingness and confidence.
