We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales & Customer Representative to join our team. This is a dynamic role combining sales, customer service, and account management within the equestrian industry.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our retail customers, driving sales growth, and providing expert product advice backed by genuine equestrian experience.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Promote new products, seasonal ranges, and company campaigns
• Process orders, quotes, and customer enquiries accurately
• Manage backorders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
• Travel regularly to visit customers and attend industry events and trade shows
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on equestrian products
• Assist with returns, warranty claims, and general problem solving

What We’re Looking For

Essential
• Strong equestrian knowledge and hands-on experience (non-negotiable)
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
• Current valid driver’s licence (required)

Highly Regarded
• Experience in the equestrian, saddlery, or retail industry
• Knowledge of wholesale or B2B sales environments
