Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to oversee our owner engagement and consignment division. You’ll work closely with owners, breeders, and trainers to grow relationships, manage top-tier consignments, and sell shares in our next generation of “champions”. The role spans bloodstock, sales, race day presence, and suits someone who thrives on energy, people, and performance.
Job Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Sell shares in our next generation of “champions”
Represent Astute Bloodstock at yearling and breeding stock sales
Attend major Saturday race meetings and select events
Grow our new consignment division
Identify new business opportunities
Be a proud and professional ambassador of the Astute brand

Job Requirements
Proven experience in the thoroughbred industry
Hands-on horse experience and a deep love for horses and the industry
Confident & polished communicator
Sales-driven and client-focused
Highly organised, energetic, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel regularly
Committed to excellence and integrity
