Senior Stud Hand

Sutton Park is a state-of-the-art thoroughbred breeding farm located in Northern NSW, 30-40 minutes from the Gold Coast.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our small team to help care for our mares, foals and spellers – ensuring their health, safety, and development.

This is a hands-on role that involves all stud farm duties.

We are looking for someone with genuine experience and confidence handling foals through to yearlings.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of horse husbandry and a solid understanding of the systems that keep a thoroughbred breeding farm running smoothly.

You will be reliable and hardworking, have good communication skills with strong attention to detail.

You will be highly motivated and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
