9 Day Manager

Located in the picturesque Upper Hunter Valley, Baramul Stud have a position opening for a 9-Day Area Manager.

Focusing on the care and management of our post foaling mares and their newborn foals, this is a very rewarding role that requires dedication, passion, teamwork and a high attention to detail.

Experience in the following is a requirement of this role: -
Foaling mares and their aftercare
Neonatal foal care
Ability to carry out Team Leadership of day staff and night watch staff
Implementing WH&S policies
Maintaining the 9 Day area to a high standard
Collaborating closely with other managers, vets and professionals.

This position requires working every 2nd weekend with 1/2 day Friday included in weekends off.
At least two years' experience in similar position
This position is an ideal stepping stone for an applicant looking to move into a management role., for both experience thoroughbred stud employees
and also, horse professionals looking to develop their career in the thoroughbred industry.
Renumeration will be competitive for the right applicant
On the job training available with further mentoring and education
Position commencement early July.
