Experienced 2IC Thoroughbred – Breaking & Pre-Training Facility | Queensland

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our privately owned boutique racing, breaking and pre-training facility in Central South East Queensland.
This is a hands-on role suited to a confident horseperson with strong leadership ability, excellent animal husbandry skills, and previous experience within a professional racing or pre-training environment.

Working closely alongside our Breaking & Pre-Training Manager, riding and handling young and educated horses. The successful applicant will assist in the daily operations of the stable and be capable of confidently taking charge in the manager’s absence, be reliable, organised, and capable of working in a team environment.
