Head groom / Yard Manager

Hillview Equine is a boutique, family-owned equine facility based in Scone, NSW, in the heart of the Upper Hunter. We specialise in performance horses, full-care agistment, Thoroughbred spelling and rehabilitation, breeding and reproductive management, foaling and youngstock, with a strong focus on individualised, high-quality horse care. Our performance-horse program is predominantly focused on dressage and showjumping, with horses in regular training and competition, alongside a busy seasonal breeding operation. Hillview is a highly organised but relaxed workplace, with excellent facilities and a genuine focus on horse welfare, nutrition, attention to detail and providing every horse with the individual care it needs. We are a small, hands-on team, so this role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to become genuinely involved in all aspects of the operation—from preparing competition horses and travelling to events, through to breeding, foaling and raising young horses.
