We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rural Property Marketing Associate to join our high-performing team.
This is a dynamic and varied role offering exposure to all aspects of rural real estate. You will play a key support role across administrative, analytical and marketing functions, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Job Responsibilities
As a Rural Property Marketing Associate, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, client submissions and property transactions. You will play a key role in preparing high-quality materials, conducting research and assisting the team in achieving strong sales outcomes across rural NSW and VIC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing submissions, pitches and Information Memorandums
Develop and manage marketing campaigns for property listings
Draft print and digital advertising content
Maintain and update property databases and listing information
Conduct market research and support due diligence processes
Assist with valuation analysis and property mapping
Prepare reports, presentations and client documentation
Produce market commentary and benchmarking reports
Job Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce or related fields
Interest or experience in rural property or agriculture
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
