Stable Manager – Dressage Yard

Delmara Park are seeking a motivated, hard-working and upbeat Groom/Stable Manager to look after and manage the day to day operations of our property with approximately 10 horses ranging from youngstock, performance horses & ponies and rehabilitation. This is a weekday role – Monday to Friday.

Day to day duties include:

Mucking out stables, yards and paddocks Feeding / rugging / daily turnout Liaising with clients, farriers, vets, etc Handling of all horses Assistance tacking up performance horses Competition prep and some attendance Ordering and taking delivery of feeds, supplies, etc Management of day to day welfare and care of horses and property

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

A positive can-do attitude Ability to work as part of a friendly family team as well as autonomously Ability to work daily on your own – must be comfortable in your own company Ability to take ownership and have the competency to take control of daily management of the property and provide a high attention to detail Physically fit and hard working Possess a high standard of horse care and welfare Experience using farm equipment and implements Have prior experience Working with children check completed

Full-time Salary negotiable on experience + superannuation guarantee

Delmara Park is located on the Central Coast an hour north of Sydney, and half hour from surf beaches.
