Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, switched-on horseperson to join our Eagle Farm stable in a full-time stablehand role.
This position requires someone with prior racing stable experience and includes afternoon shifts and full weekend work.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of daily horse care
Attend race days and barrier trials
Clean boxes, barns, and yards
Monitor horse health (e.g. taking temperatures)
Prepare horses for trackwork
Manage feeding, hay, and water
Transport horses to and from the racecourse
Load and unload walkers
Maintain tack, rugs, and stable equipment

Job Requirements
Previous racing stable experience essential
Able to work afternoons and full weekends
