Job Description
North Bloodstock are looking for an enthusiastic person, with a passion for horses to join our 2027 yearling team. We are a ‘family run farm’ and pride ourselves in each team member feeling like they are part of the big picture.
The ideal candidate would have yearling prep experience and be able to commit from late October until after the Easter sale. While we would prefer someone with yearling experience, you will be working along some great people who can help your knowledge and experience grow.
We run with smaller drafts which allows you to really put your mark on the yearlings in prep.
Job Responsibilities
- Checking of stock in the paddocks
- Assisting with workout routine of yearlings in prep
- Assisting vet and farrier
- General turnout and grooming of horses in prep
- Presenting horses for viewing
