As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and care of our thoroughbred spellers.

1. Horse care: Oversee the daily care, feeding, and grooming of thoroughbred spellers.
2. Barn Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organisation of stables, tack rooms, and other equine facilities.
3. Feeding and Nutrition: Follow feeding schedules and guidelines to maintain the health and well-being of the horses.
4. Health Monitoring: Monitor horses for signs of illness or injury and report any concerns to the management team.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain farm vehicles and equipment and report any issues to the management team.
6. Compliance: Adhere to biosecurity and safety protocols to ensure a secure and healthy environment for all animals and staff.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with key service providers, and other staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of daily processes.

• High-level attention to detail.
• Previous experience working with thoroughbreds or other equines is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of horse care, health, and nutrition.
• Ability to handle horses calmly and confidently.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require manual labor.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in animal care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
