Marsh Carney Saddlery is a group of 3 large Saddlery stores servicing Australia’s equine industry. We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Saddlery Store Manager to join the team in the Dubbo store.
Job Responsibilities
The Role:
As a Store Manager, you will be overseeing and driving daily store operations to deliver a seamless shopping experience, while ensuring the high standards of customer service Marsh Carney Saddlery is known for are consistently upheld and exceeded.
You will be leading, motivating, and cultivating a small team of sales professionals towards achieving a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be effectively managing stock control and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising aesthetics, while working very closely alongside the Group Manager to implement strategies for store growth and improvement.
Availability would be required from Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.

ABOUT Marsh Carney Saddlery
Marsh Carney Saddlery was established in 1980 by Marsh & Patricia Carney in the small town of Scone, NSW. Together they worked to design and market a range of Australian Made saddles and strapping that they have refined over the years to the range displayed today. Over the years the single store has grown to include two more retail outlets at Dubbo and Tamworth. The stores stock and retail a vast range of internationally recognised brands showcased alongside their Australian Made products.
